XC3098(磷酸铁锂充电芯片)

主要参数:针对磷酸铁锂电芯,充满电压3.6V,充电电流可达900mA,耐压30V, OVP=6.8V,采用ESOP8封装。

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The XC3098VYP is a complete consta-nt
current & constant voltage linear charge-r f
or single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its ESOP
8 package and low– external component c
ounts make the XC3098VYP ideally suited
for portable appplications. Furthermore, the
XC3098VYP is specifically designed to wor
k within USB power specifications.
Only one external sense resistor is need
ed, and no blocking diode is required due t
o the internal MOSFET architecture. The c
harge voltage is fixed at 3.6V, and the char
ge current can be programmed externally
with a single resistor. The XC3098VYP aut
omatically terminates the charge cycle whe
n the charge current drops to 1/10 the prog
rammed value after the final float voltage is
reached.
When the input supply (wall adapter or
USB supply) is removed, the XC3098VYP
Series automatically enters a low current st
ate, dropping the battery drain current to le
ss than 2uA. The XC3098VYP can be put i
nto shutdown mode, reducing the supply c
urrent to 50uA.
Under-voltage lockout, automatic rechar
ge and two status pins to indicate charge
and charge termination.
